Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days and items will arrive within 14 days.

Depending on the destination country, shipping period can take up to 1-2 weeks.

Orders above 900.000 yen (7500 USD, 150.000.000 vnd) enjoys private delivery from our Japanese staff.

Exchanges and Refund                                              

Customers have 10 days period (from day of receiving item) to exchange or return bought item.

Item must be intact and unopened!!

Return shipping cost will be charged to the customer.

 

Once the item is returned (original and unopened), refund will be transferred to the customer’s credit card or paypal account.

Exchanges are permitted but the postal cost is charged to the customer.

 

Cancelation is permitted when the item has not been shipped.

 

Refund and exchange for new product at our shipping cost is permitted when the product is defective.
